CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Orders start processing 30 minutes after they are placed. If you notice something wrong with your order, contact us immediately: service@buffalojeans.com or live chat. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we'll cancel it and you can submit a NEW order. To cancel an order, please contact us via email at service@buffalojeans.com and include your order number and full name.

I SAW AN ITEM ON YOUR WEBSITE, BUT WHY IS IT NO LONGER THERE?

Products that appear online are available in inventory. Inventory levels are update on an hourly basis, so if the item is no longer visible, it's because it's no longer available for purchase online. We suggest subscribing to our Newsletter (LINK) to be notified of new product launches and promotions.

I WAS SHORT SHIPPED. WAS I CHARGED FOR THE MISSING ITEMS?

We only charge for shipped item(s). Please allow sufficient time for your financial institution to post the correct amount that you were invoiced.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

A tracking number is assigned once your parcel has shipped. To see the progress of your order, simply log into your account and find the tracking number. If you don't have an account, you can find tracking details are in the "Order Shipped" confirmation email and our shipping partner. Just click on the "Track your order" shipping confirmation message in the email sent once we ship your order and you'll be directed to the carrier's tracking service.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At the moment we only ship within Canada and the USA.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

USA orders ship with FedEx. We offer ground for free on qualifying orders as well as Express Saver, or Priority overnight.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

CAN I PURCHASE MERCHANDISE ONLINE AND RETURN THE ITEM(S) TO A STORE?

All online purchases made on our USA website www.buffalojeans.com must be returned online for a refund. Returns must be sent to the address below, otherwise parcels will be returned to you. Please note: Buffalo Jeans is not responsible for lost parcels.

IF I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

You can return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within our 30-day return window as long as they are not Final Sale items. Please see our Return Policy section and contact Customer Service with any unanswered questions or use our automated returns service.

I NEED A RETURN FORM AND/OR SHIPPING LABEL. HOW CAN I FIND ONE?

Use our returns service to receive a shipping label and to initiate a return.  

TRACKING DETAILS INDICATE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED PARCEL. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

Please allow 10-15 business days after we receive your parcel to process your refund. You'll be notified via email once the refund has been completed. You must also, allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to post the refund. Please note, during high-volume periods it may take longer to process your refund.

WHAT ARE VIP REWARDS?

Buffalo Jeans VIP Rewards is a loyalty program that allows you to earn points for every dollar spent, receive discounts, exclusive offers, gifts and more! There are different membership tiers, redemption levels and rewards based on the amount of points earned.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

There are several ways to earn points, see below:  

  • Earn points on every purchase 
  • Refer friends 
  • Sign up for SMS updates 
  • Leave a review through a review request email (additional points for photos and videos)
  • Follow Buffalo Jeans on social media

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

Follow the below steps to redeem your points:

  1. Log in to your account 
  2. Add items to your cart. 
  3. At checkout, select the amount of points you'd like to apply to your purchase in the right-hand drop down and select apply.

If you do not see a place to apply your points, you may have opted into Shop Pay. Rewards cannot be redeemed on Shop Pay at this time. You will need to exit the Shop Pay platform in order to redeem your points.  

CAN I REDEEM MY REWARDS AND DISCOUNTS ALL AT ONCE?

Loyalty points cannot be combined with other promotion codes or coupons. You can only use one discount code or redemption code on a single order. The maximum number of loyalty points that can be redeemed on a single order is 500 points ($50). You can redeem your loyalty points at checkout in one of the following ways:

100 points = $10

200 points = $20

300 points = $30

400 points = $40

500 points = $50

DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Your points expire 12 months from the day they were earned. In that case, if you earned points from a purchase on January 30th 2024, you will be able to use these points until January 30th 2025.

DOES MY LOYALTY TIER STATUS EXPIRE?

Once earned, you will maintain your VIP tier status for 12 months. In order to retain your tier status, you will need to have earned the minimum number of points required OR made the required number of referrals for that tier within that 12-month period. Otherwise, you will be moved to the tier you qualify for at the end of the 12 months.  

Please see minimum requirements for each VIP tier below: 

Denim Fan: Earn 1 Point 

Cobalt Star: Earn 350 Points or Refer 3 Friends 

Indigo Legend: Earn 750 Points or Refer 5 Friends 

WILL I GET MY POINTS BACK IF I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

If you return your entire purchase, the points you redeemed on that purchase will be returned to your account.  

If you return a portion of your purchase, the points you redeemed on that purchase will not be returned to your account since they were used on your total order.

WHAT IS REFER A FRIEND?

Our referral program allows our VIP members to share a $20 discount code with their friends and receive a free pair of jeans with every successful referral (Straight Six Men’s Jeans or Skinny Skylar Women’s Jeans).

The $20 discount code is applicable to orders of $200+. Your friends will receive your unique discount link via email. Once they have completed their order, you will receive an email with a code for your free pair of jeans! Your friends must make their purchase using your unique discount link in order for the referral to be successful.

I’M TRYING TO LOCATE AN ITEM ONLINE. HOW CAN I FIND IT?

Please refer to the name of the style inside your garment or the style number on the price ticket to help you find a specific style or denim fit on our website. Since we rotate our inventory on a monthly basis and offer some exclusive styles, there's no guarantee that your item is still available.
