How to use your Buffalo David Bitton e-gift card:
The e-gift card number must be entered at Checkout
If the total amount of your purchase is lesser than the amount available on your e-gift card the remaining balance can be applied to your next purchase.
If the total amount of your purchase is greater than the amount available on your e-gift card the balance can be paid by credit cardTerm & conditions:
- Special offers do not apply to the purchase of e-gift cards.
- E-gift card can not be replaced, returned or redeemed for cash.
- In case of lost or deleted e-gift card, please contact a customer service representative at service@buffalojeans.com.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of BUFFALO products made on the
www.buffalojeans.com website, you may return any unworn, unwashed merchandise along with the receipt, tag and original packaging for up to thirty (30) days from the date which the order was delivered.
Refunds will only be made in the manner in which payment was made.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise and to the extent that the requirements of the Return Policy are met, the amount corresponding to the return (with the exception of shipping fees) will be credited to your credit card.
We will only refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent; otherwise shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns can only be sent to our distribution center. No exchanges are possible on products purchased from this site. Final sale merchandise cannot be returned.
BUFFALO’s liability for sold merchandise shall not exceed the price paid.
Return procedureIn order to make a return please email customer service at
service@buffalojeans.com and make sure to include your order number, a description of the item being returned as well as a reason for the return. Our customer service representatives will review your request and if the Return Policy requirements have been met, you will receive your return number by email.
Once you have received your return number please be sure to clearly indicate it on the package.
Buffalo David Bitton is not responsible for return shipping. We recommend that you ship your package via a trackable carrier method. Buffalo cannot refund any items lost during return shipping.
Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your return.
